Meet the "Project Queen", Magaline Harvey, PMP
Magaline Harvey is a Senior Trainer with PMstudy and a member of the management team. She is responsible for delivery of all PMP training classes in the Southeast Region and aides in course development. Additionally, she is involved in many entrepreneurial activities ranging from infrastructure implementations to community activism. Magaline has done strategic planning and applies project management skills to everyday life evangelizing the profession every chance she gets.
Magaline is a hands-on, results-driven business, and technology leader with a successful record of working with companies ranging from start-up operations to Fortune 500 global entities. Her broad-based expertise includes project management consulting services to private and public businesses. She has been recognized as an empowering motivator and mentor with a unique blend of technical depth, interpersonal strengths, and business savvy; adept at building and leading diverse cross-functional teams and matrix management of complex projects.
She has helped a regional corporation grow into a nationally competitive industry leader. Magaline is a Project Management Professional with over twelve years of experience in the telecommunications industry, managing projects for some of the nation’s largest companies.
As a subject matter expert and project leader, Magaline managed successful projects for AT&T, resulting in bottom line savings, increased efficiencies, and streamlined processes for their Metro Ethernet Implementations earning her the Presidential Award.
Magaline along with her husband serve on the Board of Directors for New Beginnings Training and Education Inc a non profit organization providing educational and training to families. She and her husband have five children and live in Atlanta, GA.
